Some Easy And Effective Exercises For Healthy Lungs :-


So, some easy and effective exercises for healthy lungs and they are also very helpful to maintain oxygen level in your body.


Some Exercises are :-


1. Vrikshasana  (वृक्षासन)

     It is known as Balancing Asana or Tree Pose. It is Standing Asana. It strengthens your thigh, vertebral column, ankle, calf. It also stretches your hip, thigh, shoulder, thorax etc. First stand in right posture as shown and take deep breath and then release while doing this asana.



2. Balasana  (बालासन)

     It is known as Child's Pose or Child's Resting Pose. It is Forward Bend or resting type Asana. It stretches your hip, thigh, ankle, spine. It relax your neck and head. First sit on a yoga mat, bend slowly forward, lower your forehead to touch the floor and make your arms straight as shown. It will increase oxygen level in your blood.



3. Tadasana  (ताड़ासन)

     It is known as Mountain Pose or Samasthiti. It is another Standing Asana. It strengthens your knee, thigh, ankle. First stand on your feet and stretch your hands straight above your head as shown. It will increase the capacity in respiratory system for oxygen which will improves your lungs.

4. Matsyasana  (मत्स्यासन)

     It is known as Fish Pose. It is Backbend Asana. It strengthens your upper back and back of your neck. It stretches your throat, front of your neck, muscles between the ribs etc. First sit on the yoga mat, cross your legs, make your chest up and your head stick to the floor as shown.



 5. Trikonasana  (त्रिकोणासन)

      It is known as Triangle Pose. It strengthens your knee, thigh, ankle. It stretches your hip, knee, vertebral column, thigh, shoulder, thorax etc. First stand straight, take deep breath, then comes in that posture which is shown while exhaling.
