Risks And Tips On Oral/Dental Health :-
Healthy teeth are just as important as white teeth.
Nowadays, majority of population is suffering from bad oral health. So we are going to discuss some risks due to bad oral health and some tips on it.
Fact :-
Original and healthy teeth is light yellow in color not pure white.
Some Risks due to Bad Oral Health :-
1. Diabetes
Bad oral health increase the amount of sugar in your body which may cause diabetes in future. It is more dangerous for existing diabetes patients.
2. Heart Risk
Bad oral health increases the risk of bacterial infection in your blood which effect your heart valves.
3. Mouth Cancer
It is mainly caused by use of tobacco, alcohol, cigarettes etc.
Some Tips on Oral Health :-
1. Eat raw and fibrous fruits like apple, carrot etc. which produce saliva in your mouth and neutrals the acid .
2. Prevent yourself from using sports drink, soda, tobacco, alcohol, cigarettes, junk food like flavored yogurt, ketchup, pasta sauce, etc.
3. Do not brush your teeth until 30-45 minutes of eating a sour food.
4. Brush your teeth in a right manner, take 30 seconds to clean each section of your mouth. It takes about 2 minutes to clean the whole mouth.
5. Change your brush in every 2-3 months.
