 Tips For Immunity Growth And Weight Control :-



TIPS

  • Walking, Jogging in Early Morning or in Late Night will increase your Immunity Power and control your Weight.


  • Jogging before 6am, walking after dinner, about 10pm or 11pm and take rest in day.

  • Due to this pandemic (COVID-19), switch your Gym Exercises into Indoor Exercises.

  • Jump on spot


  • Pushups


  • Plank


  • Walking upstairs


  • Squats


  • Bent knee Sit-ups


  • Bent knee push-ups

NOTE

  • If you are over weighted, don't run fast.



  • Healthy person needs brisk walking for 30 minutes i.e., 3-4 km.
