Tips For Immunity Growth And Weight Control :-
TIPS
- Walking, Jogging in Early Morning or in Late Night will increase your Immunity Power and control your Weight.
- Jogging before 6am, walking after dinner, about 10pm or 11pm and take rest in day.

- Jumping Jacks
- Jump on spot
- Pushups
- Plank
- Walking upstairs
- Squats
- Bent knee Sit-ups
- Bent knee push-ups
- Dancing
- Walking
- Skipping
NOTE
- If you are over weighted, don't run fast.
- Healthy person needs brisk walking for 30 minutes i.e., 3-4 km.
