Step-1: Sit relax as shown.

Step-2: Empty the lungs by long exhaling before starting the exercise.

Step-3: Take a long breath through your nose, counting to five.

Step-4: Now exhale completely while counting to seven.

Step-5: Hold your breath while counting to three.


Repeat this exercise 6-8 times.
