Fitness Formula For Kids :-



Nowadays, Obesity is one of the most common problem in humans of all age groups. But, kids are suffering a lot. Obese children have high risk of diabetes, asthma, heart problems etc. 



Some Tips :-


  • Decrease Screen Time because it effects your eyes and body motion.


  • Don't eat while watching Television which means consumption of more snacks i.e., high sugar and high fat.


  • Eating vegetables and fruits twice a day reduces the risk of obesity by 25%.


  • Children of 6-18 years should engage in fast physical activities at least for one hour.


  • Balanced diet and indoor physical activities also helps to keep them fit.



Balanced Diet :-


  • Fruits and Vegetables. Source of vitamin, minerals, fiber etc.


  • Grains: Like wheat, rice, oats, etc. Good source of nutrients, vitamins, carbohydrates etc.


  • Mixed Nuts: Like peanuts, almonds, walnut etc. Good source of calcium, magnesium.


  • Dairy Products: Like yogurt, cheese, butter etc. Good source of proteins, calcium, vitamin etc.



NOTE


  • About 1000-1400 calories are required for three year old child.


  • About 1400-2200 calories are required for 8-14 year old child.


  • Make sure physical activities are required as per diet.
