--> How to perform ?

  • Stand straight on your feet, slightly wider than your hips.
  • Point your toes slightly outward.
  • Pick a spot on the wall in front of you and look at that point entire the squat time.
  • Keep your arms straight out in front of your chest as parallel to the ground.
  • Drive your hips and make it parallel to the floor.
  • If possible, use dumbbells for more effective squats.
  • Repeat this process for about 5 minutes.
