--> How it is beneficial ?
Hippocampus, a part of brain, is responsible for memory and learning/catching power. It shrinks with age, by which the flow of blood decreases. Squat exercise is use to maintain the flow of blood.
--> How to perform ?
- Stand straight on your feet, slightly wider than your hips.
- Point your toes slightly outward.
- Pick a spot on the wall in front of you and look at that point entire the squat time.
- Keep your arms straight out in front of your chest as parallel to the ground.
- Drive your hips and make it parallel to the floor.
- If possible, use dumbbells for more effective squats.
- Repeat this process for about 5 minutes.
