According to experts, "Heart disease can happen to anyone at any age, so, there is no fix age for heart disease".



Really, it's a TRUE statement.



As we all know, nowadays, number of heart patients are increasing day by day.



So, we are going to mention following a planned diet for heart patients to reduce the risk of more heart problems.

  • 7am-8am: 3-5 almonds with milk (without cream).
  • 9am-10am: Eat mix sprouted grains, vegetables, etc.
  • 12 noon-1pm: Roti, Dal, Rice, Green Vegetable, Dahi or Raita, Salad etc.
  • About 4pm: Fruits, Tea with biscuits or rusk. (Note: If possible avoid milk tea.)
  • 7pm-8pm: Roti, Dal, Rice, Green Vegetable etc.
  • About 9pm: Fruit or one cup milk.


Note: Almonds, Fish, Tomato, Milk etc. are very good for heart patients.
