What is Heart ?
Heart is one of the most important part of our body and it is a muscle which pumps blood to all parts of our body.
Nowadays, noticed that, in majority part of the world, the problems related to heart are increasing day by day.
According to expert this is due to lack of exercise, bad diets, excess in eating oily products etc.
Some tips to take care of your heart :-
- Use small amount of sugar and salt.
- Eat fresh vegetables and fruits.
- Do not consume tobacco and alcohol.
- Eat breakfast and lunch on time.
- Eat low fat diet.
- Take diet according to your health.
- Reduce the amount of caffeine.
- Drink green and black tea.
- Do not take stress.
- Sleep at least for 7 hours.
- Avoid long sittings.
- Exercise daily at least for half an hour.
- Prefer cycling.
