Majority part of world's population is suffering from Diabetes, Special types of Cancer, Obesity etc.
Proper Fast Running in a right way can burn extra fat by 25-30% to control Obesity, Diabetes etc. 8-12 fast runs of 15-25 meters can be burn extra fat rapidly. It also reduces the Waist/Back Fat and reduces the risk of Heart Attack.
Follow the following steps to perform proper Fast Running :-
- Warm-up: Warm-up for at least 15 minutes is required to start fast running. Jogging is one of the best option for warm-up. It also brings light sweating in your body.
- Right way for running: The paws should touch the ground first while running. Front leg should be straight. Hands should move fast. If you are starting then do only 3-5 races. Take enough rest after every race so that the next race can also be completed faster.
- Run at 80% capacity: The difference between present age and 220 is the present maximum Heart Rate. Run at the 80% capacity of maximum Heart Rate (e.g.- Heart Rate of a person of 20 years old is 200 i.e. (220-20=200) and 80% of 200 Heart Rate is 160). Use Smartphone, Heart Rate monitoring apps, Smart Watches etc.
