There are some steps to perform two special Breathing Technique :-

1. Deep Breathing


  • Relax your body and sit.

  • Deep inhale by nose.
  • Exhale using mouth.
  • Repeat this process up to 40 times.
  • In the end, take a deep breath and stop breathing after it is completely released.

2. Recovery Breath


  • Sit relax.
  • Take a deep breath.
  • Hold for 10-15 seconds.
  • Then release.
  • Repeat the process for 3-5 times.
