So, there is a tricky question that comes in almost everyone's mind about exercise is that, "How long should the exercise be done?"
-- Exercise until you not need to breathe though your mouth. This point is known as Breathe Based Interval. At this point stop exercising and take enough rest. Restart the exercise when the enough breathe start coming from the nose.
NOTE: The answer of this question is for AEROBIC EXERCISES only.
What is Aerobic Exercise?
-- Aerobic means "With Oxygen". Aerobic Exercise is also known as Cardio or Cardio-Respiratory Exercise. This is the exercise which increases the Heart Rate and Use of Oxygen in your body.
