Tips to reduce side effects of long sittings :-
- Keep your back straight.
- Take a break from sitting in every one hour.
- Use stand up desk.
Important Points :-
- Do fast exercises of about 3-4 minutes for every one hour sitting.
For e.g.- Do fast exercises of about 21-28 minutes for seven hour siting.
- If you are unable to do fast exercises, then do slow exercises of about 10-12 minutes for every one hour sitting.
For e.g.- Do slow exercises of about 50-60 minutes for five hour sitting.
T-Test
The T-Test or Talk-Test is use to determine the speed of your exercise which you are doing.
- During exercise, if you are not able to talk, then you are doing fast exercise.
- If you are able to talk but have to take a long breath, then you are doing moderate exercise.
