Sitting for long hours is known as Long Sitting which impacts on your posture and increases many postural problems.

Every hour spent in sitting or lying increases the risk of Diabetes, Metabolism Syndrome etc. It also increases the amount of Blood Sugar and Cholesterol etc.

We want to share a very important Tip to reduce the impact of Long Sitting with you.

So, the Tip is that walk minimum 15 steps and take minimum 3 minutes break in every 30 minutes of sitting which controls your Cholesterol, Blood Sugar and reduces the risk of many postural problems.

In these three minutes you can do anything like walking upstairs, jumping jacks, walking steps etc. Make sure the rest is of minimum 3 minutes and walk for minimum 15-20 steps.
